As many others have posted, this bank's takeover from Bremer has been an extermely negative experience. The transition from Bremer to Old National was bumpy and I and others have experienced unexpected fees, rigid policies and limited support that make it obvious this bank is not focused on it's customers
I’ve been with old national for 24 years and have never had issues with the bank in several different communities. Based on the checking and savings account accounts that I have, I have never been charged a service fee. The bank staff is always friendly and helpful and Waconia,Buffalo and St. Cloud.
WORST BANK EVER!!!!! If I could put a -5, I would happily do it. I was with Bremer Bank for 45 years and Old National took it over and promised it would be no changes. Well, my checking account, which had over $2000 in, was charged $60 before I caught it and they would not refund any of it. There are other small things that happened but the kicker today was I went to take $100 out of my own checking account right at the bank and they wanted to charge me $3.50 to get money out. A new account was opened in my name without me knowing. When I addressed it by going in and talking to someone they confirmed that someone at another branch-Fran from Plymouth- opened it, they called and confirmed that it was indeed opened. bFran at the Plymouth branch noticed the error but didn’t feel the need to reach out to me to let me know the error.
