WORST BANK EVER!!!!! If I could put a -5, I would happily do it. I was with Bremer Bank for 45 years and Old National took it over and promised it would be no changes. Well, my checking account, which had over $2000 in, was charged $60 before I caught it and they would not refund any of it. There are other small things that happened but the kicker today was I went to take $100 out of my own checking account right at the bank and they wanted to charge me $3.50 to get money out. A new account was opened in my name without me knowing. When I addressed it by going in and talking to someone they confirmed that someone at another branch-Fran from Plymouth- opened it, they called and confirmed that it was indeed opened. bFran at the Plymouth branch noticed the error but didn’t feel the need to reach out to me to let me know the error. I guess this is how they treat their customers after changing from Bremer to Old National. I received a notice that says I will be charged a monthly service fee if I've had no activity on my account and that a service fee would be applied but not until 05/02/2026. Lo and behold they've already been taking out the service fee for the last 2 months. Then the guy on the phone tells me it doesn't have anything to do with that, and it's because I have under a $500 balance in my checking. Then says that Old National charges you a ... read more
