Bremer was great you could talk with an actual banker. With old national you get the AI or a recording. Do better.
Loved Bremer, but Old National Bank makes everything hard.
Since my local Bremer Bank switched to Old National Bank,(they were a subsidiary), the customer service for regular banking services has fallen short of the friendly services previously provided to walk-ins. I've walked into the new Old National with questions and its more like a private business office than a bank. I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and was completely ignored.
