My grandma needed to use the restroom. The teller told us “we don’t have a public restroom” - even when we were using their services. Not very customer friendly.
Since it changed from Eastwood to Bremer, I have had multiple issues with my account being deducted money that should not have been and it takes days for it to get resolved. Customer service is lacking drastically. And when you say you're open until noon on a Saturday, you shouldn't walk up to the doors and have them be locked at 11:55. I banked at Eastwood for 16 years and have given Bremer multiple chances since the buyout. I will be changing banks after today.
