Love the Moorhead branch. They always recognize me. It feels more like a small town feel type bank.
Absolutely rediculous that a Bremer customer, who called ahead, shows up to your branch and no mortgage banker present to do business. No clear answer given either. Like they may be working from home???? How does that even help? Again, absolutely rediculous. Definitely considering pulling my account from your institution.
