Rude customer service. Seriously thinking about moving my loan. The banker actually laughed at me and shrugged her shoulders when I asked a question.
the girls at north menomonie branch are wonderful and friendly.Have no problem with the ladies there. But Ryan doesnt have the patience like the girls there do. I have no time for him there. I will wait from after todays experience with Ryan until a gal waits on me... :( sad how people treat a great customer by a rude customer service assistant such as ryan.
This place treats potential customers like crap. Don't park in any unlabeled areas. A lady will come out and scream at you. If she has made car towed, I'll be sending them the bill
