I'm not sure what type of product the people who are leaving the great reviews had in the past, but this place has the worst product I've ever had! My guess is the company owners, their friends and family are leaving the good reviews. The smell alone was a dead giveaway...the product smelled old, but just to be sure, I tasted some. Great product at a good price. 16 years drinking tea and this is easily in my top 5 vendors. The yellow python and blood moon blends are great. Hell, they're all great.
Love the product when I can get it ordered. Web site has major issues. Tired of it being a hit or miss on placing an order.
I have been ordering from this company for 5 years, and have nothing but great things to say. The shipping is always fast and timely, the product is always 100% top-notch, and as a fellow business owner myself I find it hard to believe that if somebody had stole $1 million worth of product that they would still be in business and keep the quality that they do which tells me they are probably ordering from the same farmers.
