I used to love dealing with them, especially because it’s a woman owned company. However, after about a couple of months they started rejecting my requests for their services. I would call them to confirm, she would say she has to confirm with, owner Michelle, and the next day Modivcare would text me that Breezy is no longer my driver that day. I have been picked up numerous times by this company and they are polite and very respectful. Also dispatch is pleasant and makes you feel very comfortable. Offers great service with a smile.
