Absolutely perfect. There was an issue with the sewage being backed up completely on the road I live on and they actually came out and did Aiken County's job because they weren't picking up the phone while there was sewage water flooding into people's houses. Would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely zero notice of contamination issues. Our water has been dark brown/yellow for days and there has been communication about why. I went to their webpage to find a notice up from September 2018 (it's June 2018 now....) Saying they were doing hydrant flushing. That was yesterday, and again done with 0 warning. I refuse to believe they couldn't send out a notice in the mail a few days in advance or a text. So we've had two days of completely useless water. Bet I wont get a discounted bill though.
