ABSOLUTE SNAKES!! Had them all but 11 days due to terrible service. Returned their equipment and they send me to collections after agents reassured me it could take up to 6 weeks for them to update their systems. Inconsistent information provided from chat: telling me to hold so they can check the warehouse, then other agent giving me the number for the warehouse; telling me I HAD to mail the equipment, then another agent telling me they had a drop off location all along. 234 dollars down the drain for 11 days of service!!!!... read more
