If I had any other option I would pick the other option. On a military base so this is what I get. Internet drops all the time. I bought my own modem to get better speeds and the tech support to register it was the worst I have ever dealt with. The first time I called it was a woman working from home that had about 30 kids screaming in the background and hung up on me. The second guy said the modem I bought wasn't on the approved list. No problems with breezeline but could give seniors a discount
Scam artist. They act like they have no standard pricing on their website if you call in, we are paying $120/mo for the $75/mo package. They even double charged us one month and won't do anything about it. Customer service is non existent, especially in places they own a monopoly. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Our Breezeline tech, Ron, was timely, pleasant, and thorough. He resolved our app issue.
