Mohamed was very professional and knowledgeable about our printer. He cleaned the printer and even sent a follow-up email on where we could get the parts we needed at a reasonable price. He came again and did the installation of new parts and made suggestions on when you should have maintenance on our printer. Outstanding service and reasonable priced. I highly recommend this company for your IT needs.
I am very impressed with Mr. Bah's professional and excellent service. He came to my house promptly to help fix my printer only two days after my request for service. The printer now runs smoothly like new. Mr. Bah also gave me fantastic tips on the maintenance of my printer. Mr. Mohamed Bah was the technician sent over to our small office. We had an issue with an HP LaserJet printer. Mr. Mr. Mohamed Bah checked the machine, serviced it; cleaned and got it up and running. Mr. Bah was incredibly helpful in cleaning up the toner mess and fixing my old copier. Given his highly professional level of expertise, I felt fortunate in finding him for a job that barely used his skills! Would recommend him to anyone going through a stressful copier crisis!
