I would not recommend Attorney Person. When doing legal work relating to dividing two pieces of property - one of which my husband & I now own - he messed up the property descriptions by writing them up himself without using a survey company to ensure correctness. The errors of the flawed descriptions were not caught until 2 1/2 years later when we went to the County to make an ownership update. Many headaches ensued for us to get things straightened out.
