Went by the Breckinridge County attorneys office yesterday to inquire about insurance fraud. In the course of the conversation I ask an attorney if insurance fraud was a crime. She said “no”which of course IT IS. I didn’t say anymore….what’s the point if they don’t know what crimes are.
McDowell auto buying cars (stolen) without taking ID… are yall or sheriff office taking this seriously?
She cares about convictions, not justice. My charge was not legal so she changed it to harassment. ONE comment within my 4th ammendment rights is NOT harassment. I know more about justice than she does!! Elect me? I've called and never get a call back..
