We ‘booked’ Goldie as part of our mom blessing/baby shower for our friend Jess. She started with a cacao session, followed by Kundalini yoga and finished with sound healing (total 1.5 hrs). She did an amazing job!! Goldie brought all equipment and provided the cacao as well. First our group connected with wishes for Jess during the cocoa session. Goldie has an inate knowing of what is required for each individual on any given day. She has so many tools available to her to assist you to shift, release and transform. She holds scared space in her beautiful room that allows you to really open up feeling safe and supported. My last session was a mix of kundalini, bodywork and de-armouring which was truely heart opening.
