I just cannot put into words the transformation that has been accomplished in me, with ease, from the breath work alone. Then you add in the energy of the people and the energy of the space itself, AND the music, OMG the music..... all of it... I am beyond grateful
Breathwork at Breath.Energy has truly been a gift. It’s helped me become more intentional in my day-to-day life—especially learning to focus on my breath when things feel uncomfortable or hard, whether emotionally, physically, or spiritually. I’ve found myself using that time to slow down and reconnect with myself, and that alone has been incredibly valuable. I’m truly grateful for the space and the community and I can’t recommend it enough—give it a try at least twice (you never know if the first time was just a fluke).
The hosts took us on an Amazing breathwork journey! Perfect music playlist and great space to get comfortable and let go :)
