Breathwork, for me, feels like a deep psychedelic journey. I use it as a kind of ceremony — a space for emotional processing, reflection, and release. Jake and Kim are wonderful, and the energy here is incredibly open and inviting.
I’ve attended 3 different breath work and sound bath sessions here and every one has been phenomenal in its own way. Highly recommend!
Been coming to breathe work for a year. Kim and Jake are amazing facilitators and have created a community and environment that welcomes everyone. What you get out of it would vary person to person but for me it has helped me be a better version of myself.
We went for a Valentine’s Day private session and it was an amazing first experience! Jake and Kim were incredible and welcoming. The breath work session is hard for me to describe and has to be experienced. Their space is amazing and we’re already planning on going back with friends.
