I have so thoroughly enjoyed becoming a part of the Breath.Energy community. Breathwork has become such an important part of my personal journey in the short time I’ve started doing it, and I look forward to sessions every week.
Breath.energy has made a remarkable impact on my life. I first attended a class almost two years ago, during a difficult period when I was coping with various physical injuries and feeling lost. The supportive environment and community fostered by Kim, Jake, and Jamie helped me feel welcome from the very beginning. Practicing breathwork has allowed me to cultivate a deeper relationship with myself, find direction, and experience healing. I highly recommend attending a class and seeing where the journey takes you!
