It is always a great journey experience and lovely people and playlist!!
I see Kim for private sessions and I cannot say enough positive things about her and this studio. I feel safe, supported, and heard and that means everything to me. The vibes are incredible, the energy is fantastic. So glad I was referred to this beautiful space.
Strictly posting this review as a heads up to future potential customers who want to experience a guided breath work class. This was not what I signed up for. The instructor was very vague which seemed ok because what else do you need to know about a guided breath work class but this was barely a guided breath work class. It was truly something else. Such an easy going space to just breathe. Whether you have an idea of what you're hoping to get out of a breath work experience or you have no idea what to expect, this is the welcoming & no expectations place to go. If it's your first time, Jake is an easy going friendly human who so easily walks you through what the class is about and how the process works. If you've been on the fence, just go for it! You will walk away from the class knowing more than you did before you walked in.
