I’m not sure who I was before breathwork, it has been a great addition to my life. Breathwork helps me reset and for me I’ve found peace in this chaotic world. I’d recommend anyone to give it a try and join this fantastic community.
I love this place and Kim & Jake! They are so welcoming and friendly to everyone. I enjoy attending breath work and I always come away with a smile and a sense of compassion for myself and others. It’s a wonderful experience for anyone needing clarity and guidance.
Breathwork sessions here are unlike any other places I've visited for breathwork around the valley. Each session is an amazing experience in a safe and accepting environment that truly facilitates healing and self-growth.
