Working with Lauren for the birth of our child was the BEST decision! She was so incredibly helpful and kind and supportive - her guidance at the hospital especially was irreplaceable. Her balance between holistic knowledge but also practical hospital processes experience was exactly what I was looking for. Having a doula is so so so valuable and Lauren is seriously such a wonderful human to guide you through this life changing moment. Cannot recommend her enough

I highly recommend Lauren's programs. She has put a lot of time, energy, and thought into her coaching and structure of her programs. I encourage anyone trying to conceive to join her programs for the community aspect so you don't feel alone.
