I cannot recommend Lauren highly enough. From early in my pregnancy, she was a steady, positive, and compassionate presence who supported me every step of the way. She helped me navigate the healthcare system, guided me in deciding which hospital to give birth in, and provided thoughtful, attentive care throughout my entire journey. Working with Lauren for the birth of our child was the BEST decision! She was so incredibly helpful and kind and supportive - her guidance at the hospital especially was irreplaceable. Her balance between holistic knowledge but also practical hospital processes experience was exactly what I was looking for. Having a doula is so so so valuable and Lauren is seriously such a wonderful human to guide you through this life changing moment. Cannot recommend her enough
Lauren was a wonderful support throughout my pregnancy, delivery and first weeks of postpartum. Her ability to listen and to articulate ideas were key in putting in place a birth journey that was tailored to our needs.
