I had a relaxing and peaceful experience with a talented therapist. She got all the kinks out of my shoulders then made my stressed out teen’s first massage appointment comfortable. Highly recommended!

Best place in Vancouver for a real massage. Shelby is fantastic hiring the best practioners and she makes the most amazing working CBD salves I'veever tried, this stuff works, and I put this everywhere!!! I've attended a few one-time meditation/yoga combos, and these are my favorite. Clean, content and spiritually sound environment. Get in with a therapist and keep booking so you've got your spot. The therapists are booked out.
