My first visit was after having a baby a few months prior. I had heard so many people talking about this DR thing and so I thought I'll just go see if I have this separation......wound up helping with so many other areas and has greatly improved my mobility and just mental status as I find the painful challenge areas are due to simple muscle strengthening in most cases!
This place and it’s people are wonderful. I live about an hour away and the drive was worth it. Highly recommend to anyone looking to learn how to take care of and strengthen their pelvic floor before and after having kids.
I started going to breathe several years ago for an over active bladder. I could not believe how kind and down to earth everyone is here! After I had my baby earlier this year I came back and met with Jenni for several months! She made all of my appointments so enjoyable and it truly felt like I was chatting with one of my girl friends! Highly recommend
Breathe is an amazing place! They helped me recover from severe hip pain after my second birth. I have seen several doctors in the West Des Moines office and they each take the time to make you feel comfortable and work towards comfort and strength. I highly recommend all their services!
Dr Kaylee has changed my life! I came in for ongoing hip issues and she has me at 100% through dry needling and home exercises. I tell every woman I know about Breathe Physical Therapy! I am so thankful for Dr Kaylee and the unbelievable experience I’ve had at Breathe.
