All the ladies here are amazing. Jill Polio is such a skilled, knowledgeable, helpful provider. You can really tell she wants to make you stronger, more confident, and in better health. Pelvic floor therapy is something that every woman should do, especially after giving birth! Also, I tried dry needling on my shoulders and glutes for the first time and it has been a such a huge relief for my tight, painful muscles. Thank you, Jill!!
Dr. Lily has been so helpful with my knee and shoulder issues. She is very caring and she takes the time to investigate the culprit. Archie’s little snores are a bonus 🐶
I’ve been with Dr. Lily and Dr. Jill and they are both so amazing. I continue to see progress each appointment and could not recommend that people should visit this practice if they are on the fence. The care here is beyond excellent! All of the other staff here is amazing as well. So grateful that I was able to find wonderful care here!
