Breathe at Mullumbimby is awesome! Their hot and cold contrast therapy is a total game-changer. Switching between the hot sauna and odin ice bath leaves you feeling super refreshed and energised. The place is super clean, great facilities including a shower to rinse off between hot and cold plus the staff are super friendly, I recommend the whole experience even as an apprehensive oldie! I used the hot/cold for sports recovery as an ultra runner - plus as a detox after a hectic week of stresses and bad food choices...
