Pointing one's finger at another person whilst using dismissive language is a bad, unacceptable practice. I think that's Psych 101. This place is a joke. If you would like to pay through the nose the next 7 years of your life I recommend seeing Joni. If you want to improve your well-being, progress in therapy and feel better about yourself I suggest you go elsewhere.
I made an appointment over a month out with Selena and waited patiently rather then seeing someone else, as she assured me we would be a good fit and she could accommodate me. The day before my appointment I get an email saying my appointment is cancelled and she can’t make time for me. I found this very unprofessional. Wouldn’t you know that before you booked me?
