I've used a CPAP Machine for about 15 years and I've dealt with two of the other companies in London that supply equipment. This week was my first experience with Breathe Easy and they are now my go to choice. Lindsay's attention to service is second to none and she went above and beyond to get my machine ready. I had made a call to their competition first and was spoken to rudely (wont name the business) ..So I called Breathe Easy and not knowing anything about Cpac machines , it was explained thoroughly on the phone ,Appointment was made and the time was taken to explain everything to me ...they even made follow up calls to see how I was making out ...even the day I went back to purchase my equipment ..they were polite ,professional and I left feeling totally assured I had made the right purchase at the right place ...I cant recom... read more
