Great Yoga Class I really liked the yoga class and felt that the salty atmosphere was therapeutic. I absolutely felt great afterwards and I would recommend this to a friend.
Incredibly Relaxing My Breathe Easy appointment was an incredibly relaxing experience while waking up my lungs and sinuses. When the session was over I didn't want to leave the warm glow and peaceful environment. I found it improved my mood and helped me get a fabulous nights sleep! Breathe Easy is a holistic, healthy alternative with many benefits. As winter arrives, I suspect I will find myself and a friend relaxing in the warm, nurturing salt cave.
