I really enjoyed my first class with LaDonna at Breathe Deep Within. Lots of good breath work, and a wonderful guided meditation lead by a gifted healer. I’ve never experienced anything like the singing bowls in my life. They feel amazing to my body. Being there in person was a great experience…very different than listening through my headphones (which I still enjoy). I’ll be back. Thank you!

LaDonna Funderburke is a highly skilled and intuitive facilitator who leads us to calmness while explaining the science of it all. I love her classes, and her inclusive and welcoming nature has created a truly connected community. Highly, highly recommend.
