LaDonna is a force of love, compassion and hope. Attending her breathwork meditations over the last five years has been both a delight and a rock, helping me relax, learn, grow and tune into myself. This was exactly what I was desiring. This was my first time exploring breathwork with sound bowl and it had me release things that I was not aware I was holding on to. I am so grateful for this session. Excited to book my next session. This is definitely part of self care !!

I really enjoyed my first class with LaDonna at Breathe Deep Within. Lots of good breath work, and a wonderful guided meditation lead by a gifted healer. I’ve never experienced anything like the singing bowls in my life. They feel amazing to my body. Being there in person was a great experience…very different than listening through my headphones (which I still enjoy). I’ll be back. Thank you!
