Ken & Kathy are very passionate about helping everyone with their ailments and always succeed. I have been going on and off for a number of years and will always return when needed. Highly recommend.
Ken was very knowledgeable and friendly. Reasonably priced and a very relaxing experience.
Ken and Kathy are truly lovely people, the centre is always clean and smells lovely, there is always a sense of calm as soon as you step in the door. Myself and my 4 year old daughter enjoy going and we feel we have benefited from the salt therapy. One improvement area would be to allow the family room to be booked online, it is frustrating that when I am sitting down of an evening planning my week that I can’t go online to book.
I took my baby in today and it was our first time so wasn’t really sure how it was supposed to be. As the session was due to end, the salt actually came on and there was a notable difference when the mist started coming out of the tube, so we stayed an extra 10 mins. I mentioned this as we left that the salt only turned on at the end but we were still charged $40 for a full session even though we only had 10 minutes of salt coming into the room.
