Our instructor Abi was incredible. It was my first Lagree class, and my legs were shaking—in the best way 😁 Abi’s guidance throughout the class was smooth, clear, and intentional. She challenged us while still keeping it approachable, never letting anyone give up. I left feeling accomplished and already looking forward to my next class.
Love Breathe and Bend!! The atmosphere is such a vibe and the space is so clean and chic! All of the instructors are AMAZING, so you’ll know you’ll get a great workout in, regardless of the class!! The lagree classes are incredible, and leave you shaking for days!!! It is one of my favorite activities to do with my girlfriends! If you don’t have a membership yet, you need one! 🤍
Coming into this lagree class at 3 months postpartum I had low expectations at my ability to make it through. Abi is an incredible instructor who offered valuable education in exercises and modifications that would allow me to achieve an effective workout but also protect my fragile pelvic floor and core. I can’t wait for my next class!
Every instructor is beyond welcoming, each class is focused and engaging, and you truly feel seen as a student. The variety of classes keeps things exciting, and the positive energy and enthusiasm make coming back the best part of my routine! From Lagree, to yoga, to salt classes this studio truly makes impact!
The best community! So much fun to go to classes with friends! Highly highly recommend Abi as your instructor for lagree!
