I am so grateful to have attended a weekend retreat at Glen Eden Estate in the Hunter Valley facilitated by Leah from Breath Bliss. During the retreat - we did guided breathwork sessions with sound healing, had access to ice baths, saunas, spas and nourishing, delicious food prepared by a chef. Thank you Leah for ALL that you did to create a safe, professional and beautiful experience. It was well worth the investment and I feel rejuvenated and inspired after making lasting connections with other like-minded women.
This was my first ever breath retreat and I did not know what to expect. The experience was mind blowing amazing, absolutely incredible. If you’re ready to make a change this is for you. Don’t resist and take the plunge, you won’t regret it. Made so many new amazing friends who I will be keeping in contact with regularly.
