Daniel was great! He was very flexible with my schedule and helped reduce my pain really fast. He gave me great guidance and exercises that helped identify my weaknesses and work on them. I worked with Megan for 4 weeks after I strained my lower back weightlifting. Being a D1 athlete in my sport, Megan was an expert in getting me back to playing shape safely and in a way that I could still build up strength. Doctor Dan and his team of physical therapist are truly top-notch. They are very thorough and knowledgeable about the working parts of the body. If you are an athlete or live an athletic life like I do, I highly recommend going and seeing them if anything comes up that needs attention. The knowledge that I have gained from Doctor Dan and his team through working on my own injuries has gave me a plethora of prehab PT movements that helps with the prevention of future injuries that I continue to use.
Scott was very responsive to my requests; dry needling was very effective; and the exercise regime he created for me handled my neck issues almost immediately. A great group!
