Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I regret putting off going to PT for so long.
I had a wonderful experience working with Emma, and experienced results that went beyond what I was expecting. Coming in for some knee issues, the cause of which was revealed to me was years of improper muscle development due to an old injury causing my other leg to overcompensate. Addressing the cause, rather than just the issue, I got relief with the knee and experienced improved performance in other key focuses of mobility. I've worked with both Dan for mobility and Rachael for injuries and both with superb results. I'm amazed at how rapid my improvement was with everything we worked on. I can't imagine better PT's!
I came into town for the weekend with my lower back all locked up and hurting. They got me in the day of and gave me a dry needling session. I walked out having learned some new excercises and stretches for my hips and all loose and ready for the weekend! Thanks for getting me in last minute!
