The staff doesn't care. I had a staff member tell me not to expect to use the body fat checker every time I came in. She sounded pissed that I even asked. You know something you would expect they would provide you so you can track your progress. I walked out that day and never went back. You would think they would call and ask what the issue was and why I did not return, nope they don't care about you just your check every month.

The BEST program, staff and experience I ever had. I did 2 rounds and was successful at both, however I didn't keep up the good work and began to fall back into Old eating habits. My blood pressure was the best ever and I'm actually off one of the medications. I will definitely do the program again.
I just finished a 40 day HCG protocol at the Lincoln location. While I was pleased with the program and it did work for me - I lost 31 pounds - I would have to say that it is the least medically supervised weight loss program I have been on. I bought a Groupon for the B12 portion which was supposed to include a physical exam and blood work and then signed up for the HCG program. There was no physical and no blood work. I was taught to do the HCG injections and sent on my way with the entire 40 days supply. No regular visits ... read more
