The man who answered the phone hung up on me. Very rude. Sad
Left 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Worst customer service hands down. I called to inquire about terminal block connectors and was immediately told they wouldn’t help me because they were unfamiliar with brand unit I am working on. Now I know that’s not means for a bad a review but the fact that 2 other places not local to me were able to help me out by just being receptive of what I was telling them about it not being a specific part for this manufacturer is means for the bad review so as I said to the gentleman on the p... read more
