The agents at Carlson Wagonlit were extremely helpful. Ive used their service twice now to book flights from Detroit to Cairo. On my second visit, the agent who helped me not only remembered my destination, but he remembered my NAME! When I needed to reschedule my second flight at the last minute, it was NO PROBLEM!
