Stayed after hours to help me out. 5 stars
We stopped while biking across the country and Bill stayed late to help us out with our bike issues he was amazing cannot recommend enough
I walked in with a snapped derailleur cable. Bill was busy with other orders but took the time to fix my cable and replaced my cassette and chain too. Bill offered advice, but wasn't pushy didnt try to upsell and the whole thing cost the same as a chain back in Australia. I wish I had a bike store like this back home. Thanks Bill for giving me peace of mind for the rest of my trip.
Great selection and super service. I left home without bike battery charger, Breakaway charged it for me, saving me $$$.
A better gang you cannot meet. Had the Trek checkpoint ALR5 bike for two years already and did an 80k ride today. Still luvin' it.
