The owner is a real jerk, very unfriendly and will rip you off if he gets the chance. Don't do business with this guy. Very unreliable and untrustworthy along with the couriers who work for him. My company lost a couple of accounts because of this fool.
I rarely write reviews for anything but Breakaway Couriers are so incredibly great that I am blown away by them every time. I've used Couriers all around Boston and this is the best service by far and away. Helpful, professional, responsive, nice, fast, easy to work with. Just wow. Thank you Breakaway Couriers.
