Kelly is one in a million!! I appreciate her assistance since my car was stuck at the pump with mechanical issues. Despite being busy, Kelly was checked on me and helped get a warm drink for my frozen hands. She also let me stay inside as I anxiously waited for someone to help fix my car. At other Breaktimes, I don't remember staff being as helpful - so it was encouraging and uplifting to meet Kelly who genuinely cared and was compassionate and empathetic.
