Felt heard, respected & shared with as an informed patient. What I have experience before is bored physical therapists with affected affect literally going thru the motions to move us injured cattle thru the shute toward billings. This was NOT that.
I had a wonderful experience at Break Free. I found Steve and his staff to be incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. Steve listened to my goals and concerns (judgement free) and then tailored the sessions and my at-home exercises so that my injury wouldn’t limit my daily activity or workouts. I was referred to Steve by a friend who used him on his recovery from "golfers elbow" after I found out I had it and I could not be happier with the results. Steve is incredibly sincere and thoughtful in his approach—he doesn’t just focus on the pain, but works to uncover and treat the root cause of the issue. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I suffered from daily headaches and after trying several medications and other failed approaches, I came here for physical therapy. The exercises Steve taught me combined with dry needling completely got rid of my headaches. He was so kind and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend Steve and the team at Break Free to anyone.
