Barbara is the best therapist I have ever had. I couldn’t get through life without her help right now. "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime! The life skills Barbara is teaching me and cognitive behavioural therapy have really helped me through one of the toughest periods of my life.
