Customer service in this store is none existent. I spent only a few minutes talking to saleswoman and it felt like I went back in time to USSR. She was unhelpful, had a condensending tone, I don't know why would anyone shop here.
Very unpleasant experience. The sales associate was rude and unhelpful, which completely ruined the visit.
I went in with my husband to buy a delicious cake and we left almost immediately: the salesperson ruined the whole experience with their tone and attitude. It's a shame for the owners: they'll lose all their customers like this. 🥺 Hire young and pleasant staff: then your sales will increase and the products won't expire on the shelves.

Amazing place for East European products! They always have a great range of items you can’t find in regular supermarkets. The store is clean, organized, and perfect for anyone who enjoys authentic Eastern European cuisine.
