I wish I could warn everyone in the Tri Cities about this transport service. The company operates 2 broken down vans that have insufficient air conditioning and smell like a cigarette. The main driver, must certainly smoke in the van when customers are not present. This is supposed to be a non emergency medical transport, and one would think that the utmost care would be given when transporting non ambulatory customers. Vehicle #302 watched this driver at Kadlec throw a huge fit while on phone with someone saying how he is tired of being late bla blah…doesn’t greet the patient that he’s loading into the van, just shoved her in. Slams things around, I’m just sick watching how this man is acting. I feel so bad for the poor lady having to be transported by him. Please don’t put your loved one in the care of these people.

Van 302 was tailgating me on 395, dangerous for conditions morning of12/20. Aggressive when passed me and rolled window down at light to yell and use inappropriate gestures.very unprofessional and unsafe driver.
