Definitely not like it was before, must’ve walked up to the bar four times before they had empty tea cups in order to order one for myself. The bathroom definitely didn’t smell like they were clean. The food was good like it always is but the shish kebab sauce was definitely watered down. I don’t know what happened. I don’t know if they changed the chef or the Owner/manager And also, what happened to the idea of the server coming to you so you can order food?! There were too many people and it felt claustrophobic in there, like everyone was on top of each other. The food was good but it was such a disjointed establishment and not the zen vibe I have experienced at other places similar to this. Their ATM machine, float pod and salt room were out of order. There was pee on the toilets in the women's locker room. Men and women comingling is hard for some, like myself, so it took away from the experience. Had the displeasure of visiting this establishment recently, having completely forgotten about the last time I was here when I was 12 years old (I’m 36 now). Stepping inside jogged my memory right away because absolutely nothing has changed in over 20 years - the place looks and feels like it hasn’t been updated or cleaned properly all this time. We had a great experience enjoying the facilities over the weekend and engaging in many sauna/cold plunge rounds. If you are looking for a more relaxing experience, then I would not recommend coming on a weekend during the day as it gets VERY crowded and they happen to allow children. Had I known that in advance, I would have come during the week or in the evening. There were a lot of children everywhere, and boy were they loud!
