Since they moved from the Soldiers Field location to the SW Freeway location, the drive-thru line takes waaaay too long. It took more than 10 minutes before they even acknowledged that I was there and there was only one other car in line. Then they had to help the other car that was there before me, so i was there at least 15 minutes for one small transaction. That's really ridiculous...especially since it didn't take anywhere near as long on Soldiers Field. Go back to the way you operated on Soldiers Field!!
Patricia was a wonderful professional who helped me open my IRA. She was extremely knowledgeable as well as resourceful. Anyone seeking for financial products should go to her for their needs. She will continuously be my go to person.
