Carla and Pat are the reason I will continue to bank with Brazos Valley. They are professional, helpful, and have an impeccable work ethic. I have been banking with Brazos Valley for over 20 years and have refused to bank with other financial institutions because of the impeccable customer service I have received over the years. The staff is great the counter young lady was so helpful she set up my mobile banking and the lady Morgan Baxter help me email bank statements on my business account and now me and my wife are going in on Monday to do a loan she was such a big help
