Had issues with delivery have had 3 other companies deliver but brazos wouldn't. And Jose one of the sales reps is so slow placing and confirming orders and lacks good communication. Always an issue.
Delivery is a joke they make you meet them somewhere far from your shop. Because driver can't close 1 lane in small street for 15 min 3 other companies have done the delivery no issue. And response time is 2 hrs to place and confirm an order
Jose, Paige, and Denice make an incredible team. Absolutely great at this location. Highly recommend
Jose was great! For what I wanted, he walked me through the various options. I was able to feel/touch the diffences in those options well. I purchased what I wanted and left feeling confident I made a good choice thanks to Jose. For any of our future projects that needs some type of wood, this is where we'll go!
