I’m extremely frustrated with how Precinct 4 in Brazos County has handled my case. I’m being forced to pay a ticket that’s over 8 years old, even though I’m certain I submitted a driver’s education certificate to have it excused at the time. Now, I’m being told I owe this fine, and the court won’t give me any additional time to track down paperwork that’s years old. Something fishy is going on with yall. Explain why you’re asking my wife 8 years after she paid a speeding ticket to produce a driving safety course certificate. You certainly lack a record retention schedule for that long I imagine. If this is happening to anyone else, let’s report this and have this place looked at and cleaned up. Very unprofessional and downright incompetent.
