I expected it to be better than your traditional DMV, but it did have a few positives. The front receptionist lady, very kind and sweet. Only one title registering worker was nice and courteous to me. She was a younger white caucasian lady, very kind and polite. She wrote down for me the things I needed to bring upon my return. When I returned that same day after work, I was greeted by a hispanic lady that had an attitude from hell. Everything I had was wrong and her facial expressions were just ridiculous.
