Insanely rude and incompetent. I was told to take a number and wait. Numbers were not called, and this was a complaint from multiple people. I was told my registration would not take place at the counter and not to get in line. Then when my number was called the clerk tried to mock me loudly about it. These people need a lesson in proper conduct, manners, and humility.

I have never been to a more efficient & friendly government office, period. In my four years here 5 minutes has been my longest wait.
