I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the need to share this awful experience. I went to this wax center expecting professional service, but what I got was completely the opposite. The technician was extremely rude and ill-mannered from the moment I walked in. She acted like I was a bother, barely spoke, and didn’t seem to care about making me feel comfortable at all. I recently started waxing and I went here for my first time. I chose Baoxia/Kelly because she has such great reviews and they’re right! She made me feel comfortable and calm during the process as well as being very informative about aftercare. Definitely recommend and I’ll be returning very soon!
