I had my first ever manzilian and it was an amazing experience. Ashley made sure I was comfortable and relaxed because she knew I was nervous. I honestly felt like I did this many times. That’s how comfortable I was with her and how we talked made made me feel welcomed. I’m definitely going back as I booked already. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend!! She is very informative about her products and waxing and made sure she answered all my questions. Can’t wait to go back!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Brazilianire. I booked an appointment and paid a deposit, only to later find out that the business canceled my appointment without notifying me or discussing it with me beforehand. To make matters worse, when I reached out for clarification, they refused to refund my money. I understand that businesses have policies, but canceling an appointment without the customer’s knowledge and then keeping their deposit feels completely unfair.
