Ian always takes the path of least resistance, and seems not to have the stomach to fight for the Truth and Justice.
İan brazier is the worst solicitor. With clear evidence in the form of a video that police had lied (con chudley and pcso needham aided and abetted) brazier and barrister neil hinton of chambers in bournmouth persuade an innocent man to plead guilty to firearms charges. There were no firearms and the video clearly showed that. The cps at sentencing lied to the judge the judge being informed of that ignored the evidence and continued to sentence anyway. Mr Ian Brazier was unfortunately appointed as much duty solicitor during a very difficult period In my life. After spending the weekend in weymouth police cells Ian represented me at poole magistrates on the bank holiday monday where my application for bail was made. I explained i felt the need to contact my family in order to find an address to be bailed to as i was not permitted to be in Dorset or reside at my address. One star is generous. Brazier is about as trustworthy as a pack of hyenas. He was only ever interested in doing a plea deal. He refused point blank to obtain full disclosure. He failed to make submissions to the courts, then the day after those submissions were due he resigned from the case. Braizer it would appear is assisting the police getting convictions on plea deals . He is not to be trusted under any circumstances. This is my opinion from personal experience.
