William and James came to repair our leak. Two great lads, professional, polite, and friendly. They told us what they were doing every step of the way, located the leak, and repaired with the minimum of disruption. Flag stones put back and cemented round a job well done. Alex and Andy working as a team for Severn Trent Water are to be congratulated in carrying out work recently on a leak to a domestic property. They were both very considerate and thoughtful in dealing with a relative living at the property who is a vulnerable adult. They demonstrated exceptional people skills as well as completing the work successfully and as speedily as possible
What brilliant service! Kieran and Craig attended a water leak on our property, diagnosed and located it, dug a large hole in our beautiful blue brick path and fixed the problem very quickly. When they had finished it was hard to see where they had been working it was such a good reinstatement. A pleasure to have the guys on the property, polite, professional and pleasant, a refreshing change in today's 'anything will do' culture. Heartily recommended!
Two lads from Brays Pipelines fixed the water leak in a couple of hours and put the drive back to how it was before. I'm very happy with the service, would recommend.
Been told that a lead water supply replacement will happen after the initial assessment. I’ve been one of the first on my street to call and book for an appointment. It was all signed and agreed, now they’re saying they’re fully booked and ran out of time. My mistake as I should’ve phoned everyday ever since the assessment to confirm the works will go ahead.
