Excellent service throughout. From the original phone call, to the quick turn around between assessment and completion of the work required, including the follow up of replacing the original stones of the drive and path. Hugely satisfied and would certainly recommend. 👍

William and James came to repair our leak. Two great lads, professional, polite, and friendly. They told us what they were doing every step of the way, located the leak, and repaired with the minimum of disruption. Flag stones put back and cemented round a job well done. What brilliant service! Kieran and Craig attended a water leak on our property, diagnosed and located it, dug a large hole in our beautiful blue brick path and fixed the problem very quickly. When they had finished it was hard to see where they had been working it was such a good reinstatement. A pleasure to have the guys on the property, polite, professional and pleasant, a refreshing change in today's 'anything will do' culture. Heartily recommended!
Alex and Andy working as a team for Severn Trent Water are to be congratulated in carrying out work recently on a leak to a domestic property.
