Jasmine and the entire staff were so helpful during the move-in process. The application process was simple, and if ever I had a question they would always answer in a timely manner. I am pleased that we decided to move to this community.
Beware of PREDETORY towing of cars, worst customer care by admin.
I scheduled a townhome tour and no one showed up. No call, no email, nothing. I waited around thinking someone was just running late, but after wasting my time it became clear there was zero communication or respect for my appointment. This was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If this is how potential residents are treated before even signing a lease, it definitely raises concerns about how things are handled afterward. Very disappointing experience.
I really enjoyed my experience with Braxton Townhomes. Marcus and Jasmine were very helpful and informative in helping the process go over smoothly. Very professional and nice people! I really enjoyed my time there.
