Spanish costumer service is horrible, the women have an attitude, they are rude they don’t want to help their customers!!
Gives you a deadline to make account, if you don't make the account and press yes or no to smoking tobacco, you will be charged $780 a year. Can't appeal due to the account not being made by deadline. This company is a SCAM and will take your money and offer no solution to help fix the charge.
I primarily have experience with this company from yearly health screenings, the employees brought in have always been nice and professional, but their custome support is clearly not adequately equipped, the contact us feature on the website did not work for me for about a week, and I have received web errors when trying to log in to the wellness program with some regularity, across several computers, and I made multiple calls, all had hold times in excess of 30 minutes, when I could get through I got what I needed but getti... read more
So far garbage; can't even get registered on their site because they can't find my information on file. Funny thing about that; every other benefits admin company at my job had no problems with my enrollment. And these clowns can't even find my existence; this is gonna be fun.
My experience over the past two years has been very complicated. It's like trying to jump thru hoops to get this done. the other hand does not know what the other is doing in this company. There is alot of organization needed in this company when I call asking questions and they dont know the answers.
